The Application and Game Scheduling Waiver must be submitted together along with a deposit of $500 (of the full registration fee of $1,650) to hold your spot in the tournament. Payment can be in the form of a cheque of money order made payable to the Crowchild Challenge Tournament. Deposits for those teams not accepted will be returned to the team. Once a team is notified of their acceptance, the remaining registration fee of $1,150 is due within 10 business days, or September 15, 2018, whichever is earlier. If payment is not received within 10 business days, the confirmed spot is released. United States teams must pay by money order only.
NOTE: All cheques are to be dated for the date payment is sent, post dated cheques will not be accepted.
You will be required to submit your team roster once your team has been accepted. Canadian Hockey Association or equivalent if outside (Canada) registration cards must be presented to the Tournament Committee prior to competition. YOUR ARE ABLE TO REGISTER UP TO NINETEEN (19) ELIGIBLE PLAYERS.
